Independent Advisory

A practitioner,
not a deck.

Eighteen years of program delivery, IT asset management, organizational change, and digital marketing — for SMB and mid-market leaders who'd rather work with someone who's done the work.

Services

Where I help

Four practice areas, all delivered hands-on. Most engagements cross at least two.

Project Management

Programs that span people, process, and technology — delivered on time and within budget. Scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management using hybrid, agile, or traditional methods, matched to your team's maturity.

IT Asset Management

Hardware and software programs that recover real budget. Procurement-to-disposal lifecycle, license compliance, vendor management, and ITAM tooling — aligned with your security, finance, and ITSM functions.

Organizational Change

Adoption that actually sticks. Structured change management for system rollouts, process redesigns, restructures, and M&A integration — stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and resistance management.

Digital Marketing

Audience-first marketing for lead generation and brand positioning. Strategy and execution across web, search, content, email, and social — built around clear measurement and a single source of truth.

About

Patrick J. Corr

Independent advisor based in the Greater Pittsburgh area with eighteen-plus years of enterprise-scale program and project leadership across financial services, healthcare, utilities, state government, aerospace, and telecommunications — combining deep consulting experience at Ernst & Young and Accenture with in-house program leadership at PNC and BNY Mellon.

He works with leaders who need a senior practitioner in the room, not a framework slide. Engagements are typically scoped to deliver measurable outcomes — budget recovered, time-to-market shortened, adoption raised — not just deliverables on a status report.
