OA Lodge Membership & Ceremony Completions (2020–2025)
Brotherhood Conversion Rate & Unit Participation
Key OA Observations
Positive signals: Brotherhood completions hit a 6-year high (11) in 2025, reversing the 2024 collapse to just 4. Unit participation in nominations has grown steadily from 3 units (2020) to 8 units (2024–2025), reaching 35% of district active units — the strongest engagement in the analysis period. Two Vigil Honor recognitions were awarded in both 2021 and 2023.

Watch areas: Overall lodge membership has declined 10 members since its 2023 peak of 86. The 2024 ordeal class of 23 had a Brotherhood conversion rate of only 21% — the worst on record. While 2025 rebounded sharply to 48%, those 2024 Ordeals who have not converted remain at risk of lapsing. Attrition continues to outpace intake at the lodge level.
